Agency Fees
Agency fees are calculated as 20% of your monthly tutoring income. In the case of multiple students or 50% cancellation charge, please calculate your 20% fee and fill in the boxes provided.
For quick reference:
Primary £45ph = £9 fee
Year 7-9 £50ph = £10 fee
Year 10-11 £60ph = £12 fee
Sixth Form and beyond £70ph = £14 fee
Cancellation Charge?
Less than 24 hours notice cancellation = 50% lesson fee.
Multiple Students?
For each extra student, add £10 up to Year 9, £15 from Year 10.
Late Payment?
Please add £5 if you are late submitting this form (after the 5th of the following month).
